1. Services Provided

All services are subject to availability and location coverage.
2. Service Booking

Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.

Bookings are confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline services under unavoidable circumstances.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is to be made immediately after service completion or product delivery.

Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or approved EMI options (if applicable).

Manual/offline payments must be acknowledged via an official receipt.
4. No Cancellation Policy

Once a service booking or order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Any customer no-show or refusal after booking confirmation will attract full charges as per the booking.
5. No Refund Policy

Payments once made are strictly non-refundable.

No refund requests will be entertained for completed, partially completed, or unused services.

No refund will be provided for false or manipulated complaints.
6. Warranty and Service Guarantee

Repairs and parts carry warranties as per manufacturer terms or specific service agreements.

Service-related complaints must be reported within 24 hours of job completion for review.
7. Shipping Policy

Shipping is available across Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.

Charges vary based on distance, accessibility, and order size.

Bulk order delivery charges are negotiable.

Additional handling fees may apply for remote or difficult locations.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure clear and safe access for service staff or delivery personnel.

Notify our team in advance of any known faults, hazards, or special site requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, product failures, or third-party equipment issues.

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never shared without customer consent.
